Since college tuition was much cheaper than it is today, that could pay for a full four years of college, especially if she went to a state university. Finally, Miss Arizona Junior Miss wins the grand prize and $10,000 in scholarship money. The girls learn a simple dance routine and thankfully, the film skims over the Talent Competition. Since George Wallace was re-elected governor of Alabama in 1970 on a segregationist platform, maybe itÂs just as well. The African-American girl we saw in Part I of this film is nowhere to be found. Next, itÂs on to Mobile, Alabama on the ÂJunior Miss Special for the finals.
